To ensure the safety and stability of lifting equipment installation, the following detailed operation specifications and precautions are provided, covering from foundation confirmation and work position planning to final debugging and operation:

I. Foundation Confirmation Before Installation

Concrete Curing and Strength Requirements

• Double-column with 4.5 tons and below: Concrete strength ≥ C25, thickness ≥ 200mm, curing period ≥ 20 days.
• 5-6 tons double-column: Concrete strength ≥ C30, thickness ≥ 250mm, curing period ≥ 20 days.
• 8 tons double-column: Concrete strength ≥ C30-C35, thickness ≥ 400mm, curing period ≥ 20 days.

Horizontal Error and Installation Requirements

• Relative horizontal error of the installation positions of the two columns on the ground < 5mm.
• The base plate of the lifting machine must directly contact the concrete foundation to ensure load stability.

II. Work Position Size Planning

Standard Size

Space Requirements

• Ensure that the vehicle can drive onto and off the lifting machine smoothly.
• If the roof is low, install a light-blocking alarm device on the ceiling to prevent the lifted vehicle from colliding with the roof.

III. Power Supply and Air Source Access

Power Supply Specifications

• Three-phase core wire ≥ 2.5mm², single-phase core wire ≥ 4mm².
• The power supply should be reserved 1.5 meters from the ground to the main column.
• If the formal power supply is not connected before installation, prepare a 380V three-phase four-wire temporary power supply for equipment debugging and training.

Space Height

• The roof height for gantry lifting machines should reach 4 meters, and that for floor lifting machines should reach 3.5 meters.

IV. ​​​​​​​Preparation of Installation Tools and Materials

• Hydraulic Oil: Prepare 13 liters of L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil for each double-column lifting machine.
• Auxiliary Equipment: Prepare a forklift of more than 2T for loading, unloading, moving, and installation operations.
• Note: The detailed list of installation equipment and tools shall be subject to the information provided by the lifting machine manufacturer.

V. Erecting Columns and Confirming Dimensions

• Gantry Lifting Machine: Splice the crossbeam on the ground, connect the oil pipe, wires, and steel wire rope through the crossbeam, and then erect the two columns.
• Floor Double-column Lifting Machine: Directly erect the columns and confirm the dimensions.
• Position Requirements: The distance from the wall to the floor position of the lifting machine is not less than 3 meters, and adjust the middle dimension of the two columns according to the equipment model.

VI.Fixing Expansion Bolts and Adjusting Column Verticality

• Drilling and Cleaning: Select a drill bit according to the size of the expansion bolt, the drilling depth should be consistent with the length of the expansion bolt, and clean the dust.
• Vertical Calibration: Use a plumb bob to measure the verticality of the column, adjust it, and then tighten the expansion bolts.

VII.​​​​​​​Fixing the Pump Station, Wiring Connection, and Installing Lifting Arms

• Pump Station and Control Box Installation: Fix the pump station and control box on the column.
• Wiring Connection: Connect the limit switch, motor cable, and other wires to the control box.
• Hydraulic Oil Filling: Add No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil to the pump station oil tank.
• Lifting Arm Installation: The short arm should be close to the front of the vehicle to ensure the correct installation direction.

VIII.Connecting External Power Supply and Debugging the Lifting Machine

Power Supply Connection

Exhaust and Trial Operation

• Operate the up button to raise the lifting machine by 400mm. For inverted top cylinders, unscrew the upper exhaust hole to discharge air, then tighten it (positive top cylinders do not need exhaust).
• Lower to the lowest position, tighten the steel wire rope, and check the synchronization of the two-column safety locks.

IX.​​​​​​​Inspection and Maintenance Before Operation

• Lubrication Treatment: Apply butter to the steel wire rope and lubricating oil to the slideway.
• Seal Check: Tighten all oil pipe joints and fixing screws to avoid oil leakage or looseness.
